Atisha Keswani is a Mathematics enthusiast and a philanthropist wherein she has helped over thousands of budding students to upscale their career. She has 10+ years of mentoring experience to students of India and abroad. She is a Certified Career Counsellor from UCLA. She has guided and mentored students at Senior Secondary Schools as well as that of Graduation by giving them 1:1 counselling session on the same. She used to run her own institute by the name of Pragati Scholars in Kanpur wherein she used to teach Mathematics to senior secondary students.

She has shown consistent devotion towards the underprivileged section of the society as a secretary in an NGO named as Nischay Foundation, Kanpur. With her enormous expertise in vast fields, she is a go-getter, eventually gaining pace in every domain. She has also started a new institution by the name of Span Institute of Education, in Mumbai.

In her definition, Mentorship is not a one-way street; it is a reciprocal relationship that enriches both mentor and mentee.Through mentoring, she has learned the true power of empathy, patience, and the ability to listen deeply. Each interaction, each exchange of ideas, has reminded her of the immense capacity she possesses as human being to inspire, support, and uplift one another. She is grateful that she got the opportunity to contribute to your lives and to learn from you in return.

In addition to her exceptional mentoring skills, she has also played a pivotal role in shaping educational programs. Through her active involvement in professional organisations and leadership positions, she has championed initiatives that prioritise student - centered learning, inclusivity, and equitable access to quality education. 

Furthermore, she has diversified her domain into a FMCG sector, wherein she is handling operational activities of her family business, eventually posing herself as a versatile entrepreneur. Her company’s name is SPAN IMPEX, which is a Star Export House. They are the leading Merchant Exporters known for their commitment to quality and innovation. Their company’s portfolio includes an extensive range of consumer favourites across various sectors, from food to personal care and household products. They specialise in the Supply / White labelling for the Export of FMCG products. With their extensive range of products, they strive to provide exceptional value and maintain long term partnerships with their clients. They specialise in the export of a wide array of FMCG products, including but not limited to just Food & Beverage, they are also into the export of Personal Care items, Household Products and Health & Wellness items to countries like USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. 

Also, in her company, actions speaks louder than words as she gives maximum employment to women thus, showcasing an example of women empowerment. 

According to Atisha, Mentorship is not confined to a specific gender; it knows no boundaries.
